Automation and integrations,
so the busywork runs itself.
Every small business has jobs that eat an hour a day and need no thinking: copying details from one place to another, chasing invoices, checking whether a form came in. I set things up so those jobs run themselves, using the tools you already have wherever I can.
The short version. Workflows, alerts, invoicing, bots and integrations that connect your tools and take the repetitive work off your plate. Scoped and quoted per job.
What I set up
- Lead alerts. A new inquiry on your website reaches your phone, your inbox or your team chat within seconds, with everything you need to reply.
- Invoicing. Invoices set up to go out on schedule, with the details filled in for you.
- Integrations. Your website, forms, spreadsheets and business tools connected, so information is entered once and shows up everywhere it is needed.
- Bots. Discord and chat bots that answer common questions, post updates or run routine tasks for your team or your community.
- Scheduled reports. The numbers you care about, delivered when you want them instead of assembled by hand.
How it works
I start with how the job is done today, find the parts that repeat, and automate those first. You get a written quote before anything is built, and you see it working before it takes over from the old way.
How pricing works
Each automation is quoted on its own, based on how many tools it touches and how much logic sits in the middle. If it needs a server or regular attention to keep running, that can be part of ongoing care.
Common questions
Do I have to change the tools I use?
Usually not. I would rather connect what you already have than move you onto something new, and I will tell you when a change is genuinely worth it.
Is this only for bigger businesses?
No. Small businesses often get the most out of it, because the person doing the busywork is usually the owner.
